Whether you practice traditional hatha yoga or not, Yoga Nidra is something absolutely everyone can do!  It is a simple, effortless process that stems from the same ancient yogic traditions, and is one of the most powerful tools for unleashing the body's innate healing powers.


In a Nutshell

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, sometimes called Integrative Relaxation or Divine Sleep.  "Nidra" in Sanskrit means sleep, yet this is a conscious process of enhanced awareness through deep relaxation.

You lie down or sit comfortably, close your eyes, and listen.  Through letting go of activity and dropping into the silent gap between thoughts, you enter the place of wisdom and healing deep within you – the Zero Stress Zone.


Mission

Bonita Palma is a veteran holistic practitioner whose intention is:

·         to make use of diverse skills and experience to be of service and make a difference
·         to help individuals awaken to the depth of their own internal wisdom
·         to facilitate healing on all levels
